Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Guennadi A. Kouzaev, and I am a Professor in the Department of Electronic Systems, NTNU, Trondheim.
My URL: https://www.ntnu.edu/employees/guennadi.kouzaev

I started collaborating with WSEAs in 2006, being an author and reviewer for the conference and journal manuscripts.
I had the pleasure to collaborate with WSEAS in 2008 when we co-organized the 6th International Conference on APPLIED ELECTROMAGNETICS,
WIRELESS and OPTICAL COMMUNICATIONS (ELECTROSCIENCE '08) and the 7th International Conference on APPLICATIONS of ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (AEE '08).
These high-quality conferences took place in Trondheim on July 2-4, 2008, at the Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering of the
Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
As the Organizing Professor and the co-Editor of the Conference Proceedings, I would like to state that all articles were evaluated strictly.
All manuscripts passed through peer review, and the rejection rate was high.
Both Conference Proceedings were evaluated by ISI Thomson, and they are indexed by ISI (XLS row 69828 and 74267 of the attached file) and Scopus.
The Conference Proceedings of the conferences can be found here:
ELECTROSCIENCE '08: http://www.wseas.us/e-library/conferences/2008/norway/electroscience/electroscience.pdf
AEE '08: http://www.wseas.us/e-library/conferences/2008/norway/aee/aee.pdf
I emphasize that all the papers of ELECTROSCIENCE '08 and AEE'08 passed via strict peer review.
Some other facts that urge me to contact you are that WSEAS continuously enhances the quality control
https://www.wseas.org/cms.action?id=7669
and pre-screening review,
https://www.wseas.org/cms.action?id=7671
Two evaluation stages are so important!

Moreover, the Journals are participating in numerous indexes: https://www.wseas.org/cms.action?id=6
among them is Scopus, Inspec, The IET, etc., and this introduced that the indexes have recognized the hard work of the Editorial Board and the WSEAS Team the past five years.

In addition, the Journals are listed in CrossRef and all publications accompanied with DOI's and XML's.

Also, the Digital Preservation is archived with Portico, a service that will preserve its contents available, accessible and usable for researchers, scholars, students, and bibliographic databases in the future.

Furthermore, the WSEAS follows the Committee's principles on Publication Ethics - COPE and aims to adhere to its guidelines and core practices.
https://www.wseas.org/wseas/cms.action?id=5705

Additionally, all Editors-in-Chief have signed a Peer-Review statement, and all authors are signing a certification of Peer-Review and Evaluation. (All files are available online at the Journals webpages)

Over and above that, they are currently working on building their new website and Review platform, where more than 60000 reviews have been submitted up to today.

I found that due to unknown to me reasons, the level of most WSEAS publications was lowered to 0 in 2012.

I did a special comparative research on the level publications in the Electrical Engineering field in 2012 and 2020 and 2021. I do not think this level was so catastrophically dropped down to estimate it now as 0.

I have supposed it is unfair to classify the WSEAS Journals in the Category "0".
I believe that all WSEAS Journals deserve to be counted by "1" instead of "0".
I really hope that this misunderstanding will be corrected soon.

Thanks for your attention and spending time.

Best Regards

Prof. Guennadi Kouzaev
Dear Prof. Guennadi Kouzaev,

You can propose the publisher by submitting it.
We will then consider the publisher for level 1 at an admission meeting.
