Terrible handling of the authors and reviewers, terrible journal policies, which focus on ground-breaking science that is often proven wrong very quickly after publication, and last but not least, this journal is neither Gold nor Diamond Open Access. Therefore I would liek to recommend immediate downgrading to level 1 (or to level 0 is it were possible).
