It is quite strange that Lancet Public Health would not be a Level 2 journal, particularly considering its relevance and contribution for combating the current SARS-2-CoV pandemic. This is the premier public health journal around the world and should be recognized as such.
Thank you for your suggestion. We will nominate it for lever 2 (but it is not us making the final decision)
