The Journal is only ranked as level one, which I consider inadequate for the following reasons:
It is the world leading Journal on the philosophy of physics.
The other journals in the series "Studies in the History and Philosophy of Science" (Part A General Philosophy of Science and Part C Biology) are ranked level 2.
There is no doubt that part B meets all standards of excellence met by part A and C.
In fact, comparing part B to the parts A and C, there may be a clearer case to be made that part B is the world leading journal for its subject.
I would therefore strongly urge to change the level to level 2.
