Gothic Studies should be ranked as a number 2 publication. Its publisher, Edinburgh University Press, is a publisher with an international reputation for strong and meticulously chosen academic work. Because the Gothic Studies journal is looked to as a standard in Gothic studies in general, it should absolutely be at the number 2 tier in the Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals.
