Why is COLING delisted? This is the oldest conference series in computational linguistics, started in 1965. It is often colocated with other well-known conferences in the field such as the ACL and LREC conferences. It is ranked 5th on the Google impact list (out of 20+ conferences listed there) see https://scholar.google.com/citations?view_op=top_venues&hl=en&vq=eng_computationallinguistics. It is also archived, open access, at https://aclanthology.org, the archival site of the ACL (the premier professional society in computational linguistics).
