I totally agree with Carmen's assessment. There are few venues for publishing this type of research--effectively there are none among the current Tier 2 list. However, this type of research is critical for the development of non-destructive techniques to improve archaeological prospection.
Dear Commission (Arkeologi og Konservering),
I’ve been checking the NSD levels for key journals in the discipline of archaeological geophysics, archaeological prospection and remote sensing for archaeology and there are some key journals that, surprisingly, are not Level 2. In particular, Archaeological Prospection (ISSN 1075-2196). This is one of the main journals leading the publication of work in archaeological geophysics and other non-destructive methods in archaeological prospection. Norway is currently experiencing a lot of new research and emerging groups in this area and key publications relevant to our discipline should reach the same consideration as in other international indexes. Therefore, I would like to propose this journal to be (re-) assessed and considered to be upgraded to Level 2 by this Commission.

Archaeological Prospection (ISSN 1075-2196) is one of the main journals leading the publication of work in archaeological geophysics and other non-destructive methods in archaeological prospection. I would like to ask to the National Publishing Committee to consider this key publications to be upgraded to Level 2
