A few journals from Vilnius University Press are listed in Norvegian register and have decision level 1. Vilnius University Press is well known and by all means is the best academic press in Lithuania (and Baltic States). So it would be logical to assign scientific level 1.
The submission must come from scholars affiliated with Norwegian institutions. We will not treat submissions from persons without affiliations to Norwegian institutions.
This is because the Norwegian government use the register in the funding of research and science in Norway. The indexed publication channels should therefore be relevant for Norwegian scholars.
Kind regards,
