This could be a bug not merely a concern. The flagship journal of the Alzheimer's Association : Alzheimer's & Dementia is on the Level 1 Of the system; But, it's sub-journal Alzheimer's & Dementia: Diagnosis, Assessment and Disease Monitoring (ie., the one I am commenting on) is at Level 2. This sub-journal is a really new one with less evidence of prestigious.

So, whoever suggested lift this newer journal up to level 2 has to think of the mother journal.

This will be something the publishing committee for geriatrics must consider during the nomination for level 2.
