I would like to request more information on why this journal is not considered a level 1, as it meets all the minimum requirements. This journal is also listed in ERIH and Scopus.
The journal was not approved in 2016, because we could not see that the publications were scientific publications.

To be reconsidered, the journal must be proposed by an independent scholar with affilliations to a Scandinavian research institution.
