I submitted an article to this journal. After four months I received some comments from just two reviewers. The comments of one of the reviewers were not for my paper! This shows that the editor and assistant editor had not read the abstract of my paper even once!

Another reviewer also had very non-constructive and irrelevant comments.

After I notified the editor, he rescinded the decision. Then, after two months, I received the comments from the reviewer that had submitted his/her comments wrong. The comments again were so general. But, the paper was revised based on their feedback.

After two months after the submission of the revised version, the paper was rejected just by this sentence from the editor: "After a round of major revisions, the reviewers are unanimous that the submission is not appropriate for publication in the journal. "

I am so disappointed by this journal and do not recommend it for interdisciplinary research (whereas security is an interdisciplinary topic).

The journal is found to be less relevant for the field of Library and Information science and needs to be discussed and possibly nominated by the Computer Science and Informatics. We will follow this up and discuss the placement of this journal with the committee for Computer Science and Informatics.

In addition, why is this journal listed only in Library and Information Science?
It is also an important journal in "Informatikk og Datateknikk".
