I would like to nominate the Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (JAERE) to a Norwegian level 2 journal. It is a top field journal in environmental economics and environmental science. Specifically, it has the following indices and/or ranks:
CiteScore2020: 10.5. For comparison, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management/JEEM (Norwegian level 2) has CiteScore2020=7.8. Environmental and Resource Economics/ERE (Norwegian level 2 in 2022) has CiteScore2020=4.2.
SIJ2020: 4.367. For comparison, JEEM has SIJ2020=3.163. ERE has SIJ2020=1.270.
SNIP2020: 2.617. For comparison, JEEM has SNIP2020=2.249. ERE has SNIP2020=1.132.
ABS/AIJ 2021: 3. For comparison, JEEM has ABS/AIJ2021=3. ERE has ABS/AIJ2021=3.
