It is my contention that the journal Quaderni di Ricerca in Didattica without doubt follows the four minimum criteria. My knowledge derives from direct contact with the journal, since the proceedings from CIEAEM conferences are published within the journal. For the commission of CIEAEM, please see https://www.cieaem.org/index.php/en/ . Moreover, it is clearly described in the Regulations of the journaly, which are possible to download at the webpage of University of Palermo, in Italian. An English translation is available here: https://mau.box.com/s/4cgok5ph5s3ncr6bwh2pv7uec1m1952g

In addition, issues of the journal are free access, since they are possible to retrieve from the journal web-page: https://sites.unipa.it/grim/menu_quaderni_new.htm
